I went to get my long brown one lenth pretty hair lightly frosted. She started my hair @ 11:00 applied bleach and let it stay on my hair until 7:00pm that is bleace for 8 hours, I periodicly asked her if it was on to long and she said it was still carmel and needed to stay on longer. Finally I chcked undr the foil and it was white and was melted off. I began to sob, and she did not evn finish rinsing because I was crying so bad and other clients would see me, so she told me to leave...My hair is so many colors that I cant count, and it is broken everywhere. She is not helping me to try to fix it, and she told my boyfriend that I told her to keep the bleach on. I am not a hair specialist , I thought and trusted she was. I never said to keep it on. I heard through other people that she may only be licenced for nails not hair. I am going to get Justice.. But save your hair and dont go here.

It would be dangerous to go here. I had a few things done, which took 6 hours sitting in a chair, unaware of what the outcomes would be. First, a bikini waxing and she bruised me and burned me so bad I am now going to have to have a doctor check it for infection. Second I had a haircut and color, which turned out so bad, I can barely explain it. My scalp is burned from the bleach and my hair was chopped to the point of disrepair. Another beautician in a different salon answered my plea and attempted to fix my hair. She was APPALLED to the point of calling the salon herself. The salon refused to refund my money, by the way, and refused to admit she had done anything wrong. Still fighting for justice on this one.
